Privacy policy
This Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of the User's personal data collected in connection with the User's use of the Website and the storage and access to information on the User's devices, used to perform services provided electronically.

§ 1

Definitions

"Controller" means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body that alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of processing are determined by European Union or Member State law, a controller may also be designated by European Union or Member State law, or specific criteria for its designation may be set out.
"Personal data" means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular on the basis of an identifier such as name, surname, identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
"Processing" means an operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data in an automated or non-automated manner, such as collection, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, retrieving, viewing, using, disclosing by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, matching or linking, limiting, erasing or destroying.
"Third party" means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, controller, processor and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorized to process personal data.
"Consent" of a data subject means any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of a data subject’s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.
"Personal data breach" means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure of or unauthorized access to personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.
"Cookies" - means computer data, in particular small text files, recorded and stored on the devices through which the User makes use the websites of the Service.
"Controller's Cookies" - means Cookies placed by the Controller, related to the provision of electronic services by the Controller through the Website.
"External Cookies" - means Cookies posted by the Controller's partners via the Website.
"Service" - means the website under which the Controller runs the Internet Service, operating in the domain www.biznesexpert.eu.

"Device" - means an electronic device through which the User accesses the websites of the Service.
"User" - means an entity to whom, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and legal regulations, services may̨ be provided electronically or with whom an Service Agreement may be concluded electronically.

§ 2

Personal Data Controller

Purpose of personal data processing:
Your personal data collected in the form will be processed in order to carry out legalization of your stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the scope of data given in Article 13 of the Act on Foreigners of December 12, 2013. (Journal of Laws 2013 item 1650), the legal basis for the processing is your consent - (Article 6(1)(a) RODO).
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of recruitment within the framework of the data controller's own job offers, the legal basis for data processing, indicated in the provisions of the Labor Code and the Civil Code, is the establishment and implementation of the contract - (Article 6(1)(b) RODO).
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of employment within the framework of the controller's own recruitment efforts (the legal basis is Article 22(1) of the Labor Code and Article 734 of the Civil Code).
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of exercising your rights (the legal basis for processing is the controller's legitimate interest - Article 6(1)(f), RODO).
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending marketing content, the legal basis for processing is your consent - (Article 6(1)(a) RODO).
If you have consented to the processing of personal data in the form of cookies for personalization, remembering by the site your preferences and settings, i.e.: login and password, IP address, date, time of login. The basis for processing will be Article 173, Telecommunications Law. Your personal data will be stored until you revoke your consent.
Your personal data will be shared with third parties in order to provide Migrant Expert with support services, including, in particular: accounting, legal, debt collection, IT services, whereby the appointed entities will process your data on the basis of concluded agreements and only at its documented instruction.
In addition to the above-mentioned entities, your personal data may be transferred only at the request of entities authorized to do so by law.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing that was carried out before its withdrawal.
You have the right to request from the Controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, data transfer or restriction of processing, as well as the right to withdraw consent to processing to the extent that processing has taken place or is taking place on the basis of your consent, and the right to object to processing.
You have the right to file a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

§ 3

Types of Cookies

Cookies used by the Controller are safe for the User's Device. In particular, by this means it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to get into the Devices of Users. These files allow identify the software used by the User and customize the Service individually for each User in accordance with the contract. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, the time they are stored on the Device and the assigned value.
Controller uses two types of cookies:
Session cookies: stored on the User's Device and remain there until the session of the respective browser ends. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device;
Persistent cookies: stored on the User's Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the session of a particular browser or switching off the Device does not cause them to be deleted from the User's Device. The mechanism of permanent cookies does not allow any personal data or any confidential information to be collected from the User's Device.
User has option to restrict or disable the access of cookies to his/her Device. If you use this option, the use of the Website will be possible, except for functions that by their nature require cookies.

§ 4

Purposes of using cookies

Controller uses proprietary cookies for the correct configuration of the site, and in particular to:
adapt the content of the Website's pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the Website's pages;
recognize the Service User's device and its location and appropriately display the Website, tailored to his/her individual needs;
remember the settings selected by the User and personalize the User's interface, e.g. with regard to the selected language or the region from which the User comes;
remember the history of pages visited on the Website for content recommendations;
font size, website design, etc.
Controller uses proprietary Cookies to authenticate the user on the site and ensure the user's session on the site, and in particular to:
maintain the session of the Service User (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter his/her login and password on each sub-page of the Service;
correct configuration of selected functions of the Website, enabling in particular verification of the authenticity of a browser session;
optimize and increase the efficiency of the services provided by the Controller.
Controller uses proprietary Cookies to carry out the processes required for the full functionality of the Websites, in particular to:
adapt of the content of the Website to the User's preferences and optimization of use of the websites. In particular, these files allow to recognize the basic parameters of the User's Device and appropriately display the website, tailored to his/her individual needs;
correct operation of the affiliate program, allowing in particular to verify the sources of redirection of Users to the Website.
Controller uses proprietary Cookies to remember the User's location and, in particular, to correctly configure selected features of the Website, making it possible to customize the information provided to the User taking into account his/her location.
Controller uses proprietary cookies for the purpose of analysis and research, as well as audience auditing, and in particular to create anonymous statistics that help understand how Users use the Website's pages, which makes it possible to improve their structure and content.
Controller of the service uses external Cookies in order to log in to the service by means of the social network Google (controller of external cookies: Google Inc. based in the USA).
Controller of the service uses external Cookies to popularize the service by means of social networks plus.google.com (administrator of external cookies: Google Inc. based in the USA).

§ 5

Possibilities to determine the conditions for storing or accessing Cookies

User may independently and at any time change the settings for cookies, specifying the conditions for storing and accessing by cookies to the User's Device. Settings changes referred to in the preceding sentence may be made by the User through browser settings or through̨ service configuration. These settings can be changed, in particular, in such a way as to block the automatic handling cookies in the settings of your web browser or inform you of each time cookies are placed on your Device. Detailed information about the possibility and methods of handling cookies is available in the settings of your software (web browser).
User can delete cookies at any time using the available functions in the web browser.

Restricting the use of cookies, may affect́ some of the functionality available on the Website.
