- Access to the labor market without the need for a separate work permit.
- The opportunity to establish a sole proprietorship (individual business).
- The option for simultaneous application for the whole family (spouse, children) for a single relocation.
The primary applicant who meets the requirements (having a diploma or at least 1 year of IT work experience) and has the necessary package of supporting documents can obtain the visa. Additionally, their family (spouse and children) can also obtain the visa together with them.
A new PBH visa can be obtained outside the Schengen Zone. In third countries (such as Georgia, Turkey, Montenegro, etc.), a local residence permit is often required, making it unlikely to obtain a visa. It's best to inquire directly at the Polish consulate in the country where you intend to submit your documents.

Yes, the PBH visa is a national visa (type D), which allows you to stay in other Schengen Agreement countries as well as EU countries (e.g., Cyprus, Bulgaria, etc.) for tourist purposes for up to 90 days within every 180 calendar days.
The initial entry with the visa can also be through any Schengen country; it doesn't have to be Poland specifically.

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of recruitment within the framework of the data controller's own job offers, the legal basis for data processing, indicated in the provisions of the Labor Code and the Civil Code, is the establishment and implementation of the contract - (Article 6(1)(b) RODO).
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of employment within the framework of the controller's own recruitment efforts (the legal basis is Article 22(1) of the Labor Code and Article 734 of the Civil Code).
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of exercising your rights (the legal basis for processing is the controller's legitimate interest - Article 6(1)(f), RODO).
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending marketing content, the legal basis for processing is your consent - (Article 6(1)(a) RODO).
If you have consented to the processing of personal data in the form of cookies for personalization, remembering by the site your preferences and settings, i.e.: login and password, IP address, date, time of login. Controller uses two types of cookies:
