In Poland, this type of company currently operates on the basis of the Commercial Companies Code. It can be established by one or more entities (partners). Shareholders are not liable for the obligations of the company to creditors; the company itself is responsible for them with its property, consisting of contributions from shareholders.

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of recruitment within the framework of the data controller's own job offers, the legal basis for data processing, indicated in the provisions of the Labor Code and the Civil Code, is the establishment and implementation of the contract - (Article 6(1)(b) RODO).
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of employment within the framework of the controller's own recruitment efforts (the legal basis is Article 22(1) of the Labor Code and Article 734 of the Civil Code).
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of exercising your rights (the legal basis for processing is the controller's legitimate interest - Article 6(1)(f), RODO).
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending marketing content, the legal basis for processing is your consent - (Article 6(1)(a) RODO).

Controller uses two types of cookies:
